By accessing or using this website (www.bco.org.uk), you agree to these terms and conditions of use.

Ordering Publications / Events from the BCO

The BCO does not offer refunds for events, unless mentioned in the booking form itself. We do not accept bookings or dispatch publication orders without payment and would not issue invoices for these items. This is due to being a small Secretariat with limited resource for these administrative duties.

Hard copy publications can be returned to British Council for Offices (BCO) for a full refund up to 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. BCO must be notified prior to the return of any publications and all returns must be posted in their original condition, enabling them to be immediately fit for re-sale. All publications are returned to BCO at cost to the Customer and at the Customer’s risk. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to any items returned. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of BCO receiving the returned publication. Allow a week for delivery.

Products to be returned should be adequately packaged and clearly labelled to: British Council for Offices, 78-79 Leadenhall Street, London, EC3A 3DH

Please call us on +44 (0) 20 7283 0125 (Monday-Friday, 9.30am-5.30pm) or email us at mail@bco.org.uk if you have any questions regarding the return process.
