The Wellness Matters Roadmap is a practical tool and is relevant to all types of design and projects, whether new build, refurbishment or fit out. The Appendix 55 outcomes, which are based on 10 H&W themes. The roadmap is not a rating system and it does not replace statutory duties. However, how each rating systems scores against each of the 55 outcomes has been tabulated and shown in the main report Wellness Matters June 2018.

The BCO report Wellness Matters was published in 2018 and shows how to create a healthy workplace in which people can flourish and thrive. This document is a summary of Chapter 5 of that report and provides a simplified roadmap outlining a route for building an integrated team in order to achieve health and wellbeing (H&W) for the occupant.
