The office, but not as we know it!

The BCO will present a recent piece of research on this topic before opening the session up for discussion and debate on particular issues.

Together the BCO & IPF will look at:

• Physical space – will the way we use space fundamentally change?
• Location – can the Regions compete with London and will out of town business parks be a thing of the past?
• Sustainability – has this moved off the agenda or does it continue to top the list of requirements for occupiers?
• Investment Options – does commercial property remain a hot investment?
