The ground and sixth and seventh floors area fully glazed with the façade between incorporating a masonry screen giving the building a robust presence when viewed along the street. Thorough analysis of the interior, prior to planning, ensured that the floorplate complied with the exacting requirements of the legal occupier, Cobbetts – maximising space allocated to fee earners with a corresponding percentage of support space – whilst maintaining the required base build efficiency to allow the company a reliable exit strategy.
