Quadrant House and part of the new car park is occupied by EADS so no access will be permitted to these areas due to the nature of EADS business.

Specification

· The base build includes category ‘A’ works including raised floors, suspended ceilings, comfort cooling (3 pipe VRV) and lighting

· The base build has been modified to accommodate tenants fit-out where necessary

· The tenant will be carrying out category ‘B’ fitting-out post practical completion.
