The BCO Guide to Fit Out was first published in 2003 and has proved to be one of the most popular of the BCO guides, reflecting its continued usefulness to the occupier as demands, designs and needs develop and change.

This seminar will demonstrate how the guide has evolved – reflecting significant changes in design practice and the intensification of the use of office space – and will present the issues of productivity, value for money and sustainability.
