Midlands BBQ – 22 Gas Street, Birmingham

22 Gas Street has undergone extensive refurbishment by architects Stiff + Trevillion to provide some of the most desirable, contemporary office space available in the city.

Overlooking the historic Canal Network, the building is home to ITV and SF Group and now, following a stunning refurbishment by Cube, state of the art offices from 1,500 sq ft up to 28,000 sq ft.

The second floor has been comprehensively refurbished to provide a floor plate of 17,934 sq ft with a mix of suspended and higher vaulted ceilings and exceptional natural light. The ground floor provides suites from 1,500 sq ft and has a purpose built TV studio also available. Fronting Gas street is The Cottage, a listed building over 2 floors, providing an additional 1,525 sq ft.
