BCO South West Region invites you to a talk and tour of Inventa, hosted by Mission Street, Owers Warwick Architects, and Savills.

This innovative project transformed a vacant retail warehouse on Botley Road, Oxford, into a cutting-edge lab and office space for life science start-ups. By repurposing a redundant building, it serves as a model for urban science facilities, revitalising a retail park while promoting public transport access over car-dependent science parks.

The building features Cat 2 labs, offices, collaborative areas, and shared spaces, including meeting rooms and a café. A striking glass façade, new atriums, and rear openings flood the interior with natural light, offering long views of the adjacent parkland.
