BCO Scotland Research Launch: Guide to Fit-Out 2025

The BCO in Scotland is delighted to invite you to the launch of the newly released 2025 BCO Guide to Fit-Out at Parabola’s 1 New Park Square, Edinburgh.

The launch event will include presentations by Neil Pennell, Peter Stocks, Clare Danahay, and Becky Turner, followed by a panel discussion and a building tour of 1 New Park Square—the flagship office development at Edinburgh Park, which won the BCO’s prestigious UK-wide Commercial Workplace Award in 2024.

1 New Park Square is the first of seven new buildings set to expand the thriving business community at Edinburgh Park. With sustainability and wellbeing at its core, this all-electric, net-zero carbon building offers 84,330 sq. ft. of Grade A space to the Edinburgh market.
