BCO North Talk & Tour: Trinity University

The BCO North Committee invite you to a tour of Leeds Trinity University’s City Campus at 1 Trevelyan Square.

Leeds Trinity University identified academic growth opportunities in curriculum areas including Business, Computing, Law, and the Built Environment where a city presence would supplement the University’s academic offer. No. 1 Trevelyan Square was identified as a suitable premises for this new city centre presence. Positioned in the heart of Leeds, the University recently opened the building following an extensive CAT B fit out and change of use from office to education.

The BCO brings in Turner & Townsend who were the Project and Cost Managers on the project to discuss some of the key factors that led to a successful project outcome.
