Eden is a £36 million, 115,000 sq ft 12-storey office building, developed by The English Cities Fund (ECF). Based in New Bailey, Salford, Eden boasts the highest NABERS UK Design Reviewed Target Rating for a new-build development in the UK, it also features Europe’s largest living wall at 36,000 sq ft. Designed to align with the UK Green Building Council’s 2030-2035 standards and capable of operating on 100% renewable energy, Eden sets a new ‘greenprint’ for sustainable office buildings in the UK.

The event includes a presentation detailing Eden’s development journey, featuring speakers from Muse, its occupiers, and the sustainability consultant, followed by a comprehensive tour of the building.
