BCO North Talk & Tour: Aire Park

The BCO North Committee invite you to a tour of the first buildings at Aire Park, a new mixed-use district at the heart of Leeds South Bank.

The vision for Aire Park plays a key role in the transformation of Leeds City Centre. It is a 24-acre mixed-use district, centred around an eight-acre park, creating a flourishing new commercial and residential neighbourhood on the city’s South Bank.

1 and 3 South Brook Street offer 190,000sqft of office space, all of which benefit from spacious column-free floorplates, an abundance of ground floor amenity, brilliant ESG credentials and direct access to the expansive new city park.

Facilities include ground floor retail units arranged around a central atrium with office accommodation above, as well as a bicycle store and changing facilities. The design gives a subtle nod to the historical context through the use of traditional brickwork and a ground floor concrete plinth with decorative etching which reflects the elegant detailing associated with the historic Salem Chapel. The structural frame, floors and external fabric are all prefabricated offsite.
