BCO NextGen North Talk & Tour: Savills, Manchester

The office was refurbished in 2021 to provide an adapted working environment in a post covid-19 climate. The refurbishment sought to foster collaboration across the office and enhance the well-being of its users. To achieve such, a variety of workspaces were created which provide opportunity for interaction, variety and an increased occupant connectivity to the natural environment through the use of direct and indirect nature, materials and lighting.

Hear from Philip Etchells, Associate Director at OMI Architects, who’s presentation will provide architectural and structural interventions that can be adopted to maximise a building’s potential, and also design implications of achieving sustainability and ESG targets.
