Join the BCO NextGen North Committee for a networking breakfast event with a view! Start your morning visiting Turner & Townsend’s exciting office space at 11 York Street and take in the Manchester views from their beautiful terrace.

Due to strong regional growth of the Turner & Townsend business, their North-West team is now in excess of 350 people; this growth drove the need for a larger space, so the team moved into their new office at 11 York Street in October 2023. The new floorplate is 11,500sqft, significantly larger than their previous premises.

The move offered the opportunity to re-design their workspace and define new ways of working, taking into consideration employees’ requirements and feedback. New work modes were used to establish the brief and the design is based around the teams specific working and hosting needs. CBRE acted as the managing agent, while Overbury provided the Category B fit out and furniture package.

As well as the much-improved working environment, employees and visitors also get to enjoy 11 York Street’s fantastic amenity spaces and beautiful roof terrace which overlooks the city.
