BCO NextGen London | Yoga & Breakfast @ 11 Belgrave

The BCO NextGen London & SE Committee, in collaboration with Eric Parry Architects, invite you to join us for our first yoga session of 2025!

Start your day with an energising vinyasa yoga session at 11 Belgrave, a remarkable building shortlisted for the 2025 BCO Awards, followed by a delicious breakfast and a networking session.We ask that attendees to wear comfortable clothes and bring their own yoga mat. All experience levels are welcome!

As a bonus, all yoga participants will have the exclusive opportunity to tour the building.

With a key focus on wellbeing, sustainability and user-centric design, Eric Parry Architects has transformed an existing 1950s building to provide 109,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation, 14,000 sq ft of communal areas, and best-in-class amenities including an on-site café and gym. Interwoven throughout is 13,000 sq ft of landscaped green space, including a 2,600 sq ft walled garden, terraces and a rooftop platform offering panoramic city views.

Renewal and reuse
The project repurposed an ambitious 35% of the total built fabric already on site – including a large section of the concrete structure and foundations. This substantially reduces the lifetime embodied carbon emissions of the project. The new self-supporting precast stone façade to Belgrave Road echoes the rhythm of the adjacent terraces, ensuring that the building sits harmoniously with the surrounding conservation area.

Wellbeing
Wellbeing is supported throughout the interior spaces using low-environmental impact, bio-based and recycled materials with a deliberately domestic feel. A section of the first-floor slab has been cut away to create a double-height entrance, enhanced by a library that offers space for relaxation and personal thought. A high-quality curtain wall system constructed using engineered oak lines the interior, adding to the warm, welcoming environment. By prioritising the wellbeing of occupiers, 11 Belgrave Road achieved WELL pre-certification and is targeting WELL Platinum certification.
