Join the BCO NextGen London & South East Committee and Gleeds for an exclusive first look at their new global headquarters in London’s Fitzrovia.

For more than 150 years, Gleeds has helped deliver exceptional workplaces all around the world; but it’s always a treat when you have carte blanche on your own project. Creating their own brief via staff workshops and collaborating with a hand-picked project team, they have been able to explore innovative ways to keep the project in budget, on time, and in line with the wants and needs of their staff.

Gleeds’ new office is located in the 56,000 sq ft BREEAM 2018 ‘Excellent’ Berners & Wells development in the heart of Fitzrovia, designed with sustainability, wellness, and flexibility at its core.

Gleeds will occupy the 5th floor, ground floor reception and client suite, as well as a lower ground multifunctional space. The office is designed to achieve a Gold SKA rating, setting a new standard for a collaborative and sustainable workspace.
On this exclusive tour, you’ll hear directly from the project team, who will share insights into the design, delivery, and strategic thinking behind their new space.

The building is set for final completion by March 2025, making this a unique opportunity to see the future of workplace in the making.
