BCO Midlands Talk & Tour: Three Chamberlain Square

Come and join the BCO NextGen Midlands for an exclusive talk and tour of a live site in the centre of Birmingham, Three Chamberlain Square.

Designed by Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios and inspired by Birmingham’s tradition of highly crafted Victorian buildings, it is the newest addition to the Paradise masterplan and features over 189,000 sq ft of office space across 9 floors. With a net-zero carbon agenda at its heart, Cundall have designed and modelled the building to achieve a target of NABERS 5 Star, EPC A and BREEAM Outstanding, all with an upfront embodied carbon target of <600kgCO2/m2. MEPC and SRM hosted the topping out ceremony in June, celebrating Birmingham’s newest commercial landmark building, which once finished will become Birmingham’s most sustainable and amenity-rich commercial building.

Three months on from this project milestone, the BCO are delighted to invite their members for a tour as the site has progressed and the floorplates have taken shape. The tour will be guided by the wider design team including the designers, engineers, architects, and contractors as well as hearing an introduction from client, MEPC.

As it’s a live site, full (5-point) PPE is required for the visit. Individuals are encouraged to bring their own; however, if required PPE will be provided. Please confirm following your booking when prompted via email if you require PPE to be provided so we can ensure it is available.
