BCO Midlands Research Launch: Towards Experience Utopia
New and unique research was commissioned by the British Council for Offices (BCO) in February 2024 to explore the profound transformation in the office sector driven by the COVID-19 pandemic, emphasising the rise of customer experience as the new norm.
The BCO report shares the outcome of the industry-wide research and provides practical guidance through case studies, profiles, and best practice checklists aimed at helping BCO members adapt to and excel in this evolving landscape of customer experience.
The Midlands launch event on 23 April will provide an introduction to the research and the panel discussion will debate critical success factors of customer experience best practise. The seminar will be kindly hosted by No5 Chambers, in their new Birmingham office in 103 Colmore Row.
