The Science Park provides not only a first-class address, but also an excellent community and amenity fit for a seriously maturing commercial business competing on the world stage. The building itself is 16 years old, nestled at the back of the park on a six-acre site shared with Microsoft and Mundipharma Pharmaceuticals, and managed by Savills. The Property team has sought to run the building as efficiently as possible, maintaining and running the plant to the highest standards whilst seeking to bring the best comfort for staff. This has been achieved by programming the BMS to run on a demand basis, varying fan speeds whilst harnessing natural energies present in the building. Sustainability is a key focus, with a head office brimming with biophilia, a planned PV array and EV charger installations. Raspberry Pi also plan to use a range of their own products to help monitor building performance.
