BCO East Anglia Talk & Tour: Brooklands

Designed by Allies and Morrison for Wrenbridge and M&G Real Estate, Brooklands is a new workplace campus located on Brooklands Avenue in Cambridge. Building B2, part of phase 1, stands as Cambridge’s first major Net Zero Carbon office building, with an EPC of A+. It also surpasses the 2025 RIBA Climate Challenge and LETI 2030 space heating and cooling targets.

The building is designed to high fabric performance standards, maximises solar collection on the roofs and integrates air source heat pumps. Siemens Digital Industries Software will be one of the first tenants to move in and is currently fitting out two floors, representing about 40 per cent of total floor space. Building B1 will complete later this year where the top floor has already been let.
