In 2019, we became the first UK REIT to sign a Green Revolving Credit Facility, and at the same time signed the Better Buildings Partnership’s climate change commitment. How can I nominate myself or a colleague?
Please complete a NextGen Awards 2018 Nominations form – found here. Supporting documentation will need to be sent to events@bco.org.uk.
When do nominations open and close?
No, there must be 3 referees supporting the nominations. There must be one external referee and one internal referee including within this. If you are nominating someone other than yourself, you will be considered as one referee.
Can I enter the same person in in two categories?
Yes. You will need to complete a nominations form for each nomination.
How early can I book?
Bookings open to all on 20 July 2018.
Can I reserve a table and pay for it later?
No, table reservations are only confirmed after receipt of payment.
How can I ensure we get a good table position at the Awards?
The front tables are allocated to sponsors and the BCO. The rest of the seating is allocated randomly or you can choose your seats when booking. The venue is a fairly small space so even those on the back tables will not miss out.
Who do I talk to about possibly sponsoring the Awards?

What are the timings for the Dinner?
The evening will start with a drinks reception at 6.30pm. Dinner will be served at 7.30pm. The Awards will draw to a close around 11.30pm and the venue must be clear by 12am. There is no cash bar at the venue. Food and drink will be provided as part of the ticket price.
When will the tickets be sent out?
We will be using e-tickets only, which will be emailed to guests. Tickets will be emailed shortly before the event.
