This will be a chance to hear from a panel of inspirational women, learn more about their successes, journeys, motivations and perceptions on diversity, equity, and inclusion in our industry. The event will be hosted by WiP South West’s Vice Chair Maddie Difazio-Wright, who will be fresh back from ‘the world’s toughest row’, 3000 miles across the Atlantic with two other women, none of whom had prior rowing experience.
