Occupiers are increasingly looking to their property portfolio as a way to attract and retain talent as well as engaging with staff in order to understand the workplace and how it can better meet their requirements and boost productivity. But what do workers want? This seminar will present the findings from BCO’s and Savills research into employee preferences and explore what the property implications are. This will be followed by a review by Paul Smith from the BBC on their workplace strategy and the impacts on their estate.
