Time for an update on the King’s Cross development

What’s been happening to the development at King’s Cross? This BCO Urban Group event offers you the opportunity to get right up to date. The King’s Cross development began in earnest in 2006 with the granting of planning permission for a mixed use development of 8m ft² for the 67 acre site. Since then it’s become home to the University of the Arts, Google has taken space for its new London headquarters, Waitrose is to open a food & wine shop and a cookery school and much, much more.

Nick Searl, Partner at Argent, is going to tell us about all of the exciting developments at this interesting and changing part of London. Martin Sagar, Partner at Sheppard Robson and Chairman of the BCO’s Urban Group will chair this event.
