Three decades of patchwork alterations had left a building that was in constant need of repair and no longer fit for purpose, but instead of moving their rapidly evolving business to a new building, W.L. Gore & Associates decided to work with what was there already.

The result of this ambitious project is a modern, green and inspirational workplace that wowed the BCO judges, who called the transformation ‘nothing short of miraculous’.

The tour will be coupled with a presentation from the project team in order to convey the ethos, challenges and solutions applied to this stunning project. Refreshments will be provided along with the opportunity to network with BCO members and fellow industry professionals.
