Michael Bedford, co-author of the recent BCO Occupier Density Report will present the latest BCO guidance on office occupation. Fellow speakers Mike Horner (Muse Developments) and Dominic Manfredi (Aedas) will also be giving presentations and there will be an open floor for Q&A.

The seminar will be followed by a tour of No 1 Bickerstaffe Square, the striking new office building at the heart of one of the region’s major regeneration schemes Talbot Gateway. Designed to offer maximum flexibility for changing occupational requirements, the building boasts two principle entrances and divisible floor plates of 25,000 sq ft net meeting the Council’s brief for an exciting and dynamic workspace which is not only flexible and efficient in space planning terms but also cost effective to run and service.
