No 2 St Peter’s Square is the latest addition to the Civic Quarter Regeneration in Manchester. This 160,000 sf Grade A Office building sits on St Peter’s Square and is next door to No 1 St Peter’s Square which was completed in 2015. The building comprises of two basement levels and 12 floors of office space. No 2 St Peter’s Square was developed by Mosley Street Ventures and is now owned by Deutsche Bank. The building was designed by Simpson Haugh Architects.

The visit will cover all the key landlord areas within the building which will include full office floors, the lobby and reception areas and also the basement areas and external façade.
