The Zero Carbon Office

With the Government’s ambitious plan for all buildings to be zero carbon from 2019, the property sector faces some fast moving and unique challenges in designing and delivering zero carbon offices in the next decade. The BCO has been leading actions to improve energy-efficiency and sustainability in the office sector for over 20 years but asks whether the goal of a zero carbon office can be reached by the inclusion of ‘green’ features alone or does more need to be done to change occupier behaviour?

Join BCO NextGen to review and debate these future challenges with CPW and Tony Nash from Stoford. Find out more about what zero carbon offices are, why we need them and how developers are reacting to changing occupier sustainability demands. This event will also offer an opportunity to network with some of the industry’s thought leaders.
