Neil Webster, Partner and Miquela Bezuidenhoudt, Assistant Consultant of Remit Consulting, who undertook the study, will present the recently BCO commissioned research report ‘The Market Cycles’. The report explores the drivers of demand for cycling and draws on two surveys to understand the role of cycling as part of daily commute to work and the importance of office cycling facilities. It also highlights issues including occupier demand for cycling provision, how it has changed and what the future holds; implications for marketing of office buildings; regional/city differentials; guidance on cycling provision and the implications for space provision and design.

Following the presentation One Cathedral Square will be introduced, and members will have the chance to tour the building. One Cathedral Square will be the only comprehensively refurbished building delivered to the Bristol market in 2017.
