The International Quarter is one of the UK’s largest mixed-use schemes. It will provide four million square feet of Grade A office accommodation, 275,000 square feet of hotel space, 350 new residential units and associated community facilities. It is a new metropolitan centre for London and its first occupiers are expected in early 2015.

At this BCO Urban Group seminar we will have the opportunity to hear from Kevin Chapman, Lend Lease, about their strategy for this exciting new project and their vision for the area in the future.
