The BCO Awards are widely respected within the commercial property sector. Bruntwood specifically designed the building around the corner blocks of connectivity, wellbeing, flexibility and opportunity. The importance of wellbeing in the workplace is highlighted in the features of Cornerblock, which includes an onsite gym, bicycle storage with showers and a tranquil rooftop garden. Occupiers are also being given a blank canvas opportunity allowing them to design and mould their space to reflect their brand and way of working.
