The Davidson Building in Southampton Street, Covent Garden is another major contribution from Derwent Valley to innovative office design in London. Architects Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands have successfully fused old and new to create 32,000 sq ft of high specification accommodation behind a retained Edwardian façade.

Named in memory of the late Ian Davidson, the building is a modern, progressive and technically innovative intervention which brings genuine architectural credibility to the area.
