Technical Tour – Cardiff Debating Chamber

The £67m Lord Richard Roger’s design was opened by Her Majesty the Queen on 1st March and has already become a landmark building in the heart of Cardiff Bay, overlooking the 500 acre freshwater lake created by the Cardiff Bay Barrage.
