Caroline McDade of Drivers Jonas has recently completed a Research Paper for the BCO entitled "Planning & Sustainability". Caroline will be providing an outline of her paper with specific reference to the office market and future pressures that she anticipates being applied to the sector : The Emerging Trends.

Alan Bishop of Birmingham City Council is seconded to the Eastside Initiative. He has recently produced a consultation paper for the City, which assesses how sustainable practices should be applied to future office development in the City. Alan’s presentation forms part of the public consultation process, which will be undertaken prior to policy adoption.
