The Cube, with it’s architectural contemporary design was completed in December 2009 and is already approximately 60% let with Baillie Gifford leasing the 2nd and 3rd floor and Glenmorangie occupying part of the 4th and the whole of the 5th floor.  
 
Allan Murray from Allan Murray Architects will provide a overview of the design approach to the development, discussing the approach to the external façades and the materials used. An internal tour of the premises will conclude with an inspection of the accommodation fitted out and presently occupied by Glenmorangie.

Nibbles and “a wee dram” will be available in the Glenmorangie Tasting Room. During the course of the tour, Allan may also provide us with an update on proposals for the St James’ Quarter.
