Atria, a development by The City of Edinburgh Council, commenced on site in 2010 in the midst of the worst economic downturn for decades. The counter cyclal development is due to deliver approximately 200,000 sq.ft of the highest quality office accommodation next to a new exhibition centre which will complement the neighbouring EICC. 

Completion is programmed for quarter 1 2013. The majority of the office accommodation will be within Atria One, a stunning development around a 7 storey atrium. Atria One will provide approximately 186,000 sq.ft of which 48,000 sq.ft has been prelet to Brewin Dolphin. Atria Two will provide approximately 14,000 sq.ft.
