This visit is intended to be both educational and fun, allowing the opportunity to meet other BCO members from the Scottish Region. 

The programme has been put together to ensure we capture the best of what is happening in Manchester and includes:

– Spinningfields, one of Europe’s largest and most impressive new commercial developments

– Newly completed, Civil Justice Centre, regarded as a building of worldwide significance

– 1 Hardman Boulevard, regional winner of the BCO Best Commercial Workplace Award 2005

– eOffice, 1 Portland Street, National Winner of this year’s BCO Innovation Award and regional award for Small Projects

– Piccadilly Place, a significant office-led mixed use development

– 40 Spring Gardens, completed this year and partially occupied by HBOS

– and finally a presentation on Media City:UK, part of a large scale regeneration project and future home to BBC North West.
