Steve Inch
Executive Director of Development and Regeneration Services, Glasgow City Council

In 2005 Steve was appointed Executive Director of the Department of Development and Regeneration Services (DRS). As Executive Director he is responsible for;

The delivery of the Council’s Planning and Building Control Services
Managing and developing the Council’s land and property portfolio
Housing Investment
The Council’s Economic and Social Development Programmes
Transport Policy
Major area regeneration programmes including the River Clyde regeneration programme, the Clyde Gateway, the Canal Corridor, and the new housing neighbourhoods
Commonwealth Games 2014 Atheletes Village
The Council’s European Funding Service

In addition to his Council responsibilities, Steve is currently Chair of the Glasgow Film Office, and a Director of the Lighthouse Trust, Developing Strathclyde Ltd, Scotcash Ltd, the Drumchapel Training Trust and Glasgow Central College.
