Bob Marshall-Andrews QC MP

Bob Marshall-Andrews has been Labour MP for Medway since 1997.

Prior to that he was a successful Silk specialising in commercial fraud and appeared in many of the major trials launched by the Serious Fraud Office. He has been a Crown Court Recorder and

Deputy High Court Judge since 1982.

He has consistently opposed his own government on their policies relating to civil liberty in particular attempts to curb jury trial, executive imprisonment and identity cards. He was one of the organisers of parliamentary opposition to the Iraq war.

He speaks and writes regularly on civil liberties and has recently made several tours to Russia lecturing on judicial independence. He writes occasional fiction and has two published novels.

This event is only open to BCO members to book tables, they may invite non-members as guests.

The cost of this event is £125 + VAT per ticket. This price is fully inclusive of champagne and lunch wines.

Tickets will be issued on receipt of guest names and are required for entry.

GUESTS

Please let us have the names and companies of all your guests as soon as you have them or by Friday 8 September at the latest, so that they can be included in the Guest List. We do not produce place cards for this event.

CHAMPAGNE RECEPTION

Companies booking a table will be allocated a small area at the Reception at which to meet guests. Areas will be signed with the host company name or logo and arranged alphabetically around the rooms. Please email your, print quality, logo to alison@sasevents.co.uk as soon as possible but by Friday 8 September at the latest. You will be directed to your room/table on arrival at The Savoy.
