The scheme is 25,000sqft CAT B fit-out over 12 floors comprising of cellularised rooms with refreshment hubs. There will be a ground floor café with a business centre and executive floor with views of Cardiff bay. The scheme started on site January 2020 and will be completed November 2020 and is targeting BREEAM Excellent.

The site visit will include a presentation and walk around from 4.30pm with drinks at Bar 44 at 6pm. PPE will be required (this includes Hi-Viz, Hard Hat, Gloves, Glasses and site boots) if you do not have PPE please email events@bco.org.uk.
