Constructed in 1915, the former Wholesalers has been stripped back internally to reveal its original character and celebrate the visual tapestry of its rich history. High quality, statement finishes in the communal spaces create a ‘wow factor’. New facilities include cycle storage, showers and changing area, multi-purpose studio space and a ‘Get Ready’ room. The lifts, plant equipment and lighting has been completely replaced and the new services left exposed, displaying the visible contrast between old and new.
