With the first phase of the Paradise redevelopment well under way, the British Council for Offices and BPS Birmingham invite you to a short presentation from the key individuals that are leading the delivery of the project, to get a glimpse of the detailed design proposals that are due to be submitted for planning approval at the beginning of June.

The ambitious 17 acre project is being brought forward through Paradise Circus Limited Partnership (PCLP), the joint venture company between Birmingham City Council and BT Pension Scheme, managed by Hermes Investment Management with Argent as development manager. It is one of the biggest development schemes Birmingham has seen for a generation and will deliver 1.8 million square feet of mixed-use floorspace in up to ten new high quality buildings.
Join us as Argent, who is responsible for managing the design and delivery of the works, unveils its detailed designs for phase one of the project which includes the first two office buildings and the public realm enhancements including Chamberlain Square. Come and see the design proposals for One and Two Chamberlain Square, designed by Eric Parry Architects and Glenn Howells Architects, including brand new images of what the buildings and surrounding spaces will look like. We will also hear about the many challenges that have been overcome to make this development happen.
