Occupier Breakfast Seminar: Building Performance

In 2002 BCO published ‘The Service Challenge’, a landmark report which compared office occupier satisfaction in the USA and the UK. This report highlighted a number of significant shortcomings in the UK office Industry and acted as a wakeup call for property owners and managers.

This latest research, commissioned by the BCO Occupier Group, will reveal what UK occupiers think of the service that they receive and whether the expectation gap has narrowed or widened. It concludes with a challenging 10 Point Action Plan which makes a series of important recommendations for the UK Office Industry.

Speakers at the event will be: Chris Richmond, PwC, Howard Morgan, RealService, Polly Plunket-Checkemian, Cushman & Wakefield and Catherine Thomas, British Land.

Come along to find out how well equipped the Office Industry is to respond to occupiers’ fast changing needs and how you can drive the three R’s of real estate – revenue, retention and reputation – through stronger customer relationships.

Book your place today for this important research launch and to enjoy what promises to be a lively debate and opportunity for networking.

BCO Occupier members will be given a booking priority of 7 days.
