NextGen- Paradise Circus- the Centre of the Big City Plan
Paradise Circus is a seventeen acre site situated between Chamberlain Square and Centenary Square and is a key part of Birmingham’s new Enterprise Zone and the delivery of the Big City Plan. An outline planning application has recently been submitted, a decision on which is expected shortly, to undertake a large mixed use development, providing c.1.8 million square foot of offices, shops, leisure, together with cultural and civic amenities plus a new four star hotel.
BCO NextGen Midlands invite you to attend a short presentation from key individuals that are leading the delivery of Paradise Circus. Building on Argents success of the award-winning Brindleyplace, Kings Cross in London, and Piccadilly Place in Manchester, join us to take this opportunity to listen to the latest news and design ideas for the scheme. The team will talk about the Enterprise Zone and how it fits with the project and answer any questions you have about what is going to make this a development of the future plus the innovative approaches to providing new office space.
