NextGen- Paradise Circus- the Centre of the Big City Plan

Paradise Circus is a seventeen acre site situated between Chamberlain Square and Centenary Square and is a key part of Birmingham’s new Enterprise Zone and the delivery of the Big City Plan. An outline planning application has recently been submitted, a decision on which is expected shortly, to undertake a large mixed use development, providing c.1.8 million square foot of offices, shops, leisure, together with cultural and civic amenities plus a new four star hotel.
