33 Margaret Street is the latest development to be completed by Great Portland Estates. The new building, on the corner of Regent Street and Margaret Street, is clad in Portland Stone to match the partially retained Regent Street façade.

The building provides modern 14,000 sq ft upper floors, with the uppermost two leading out onto terraces with views over Cavendish Square.

In early 2013, Savills will move its West End teams, currently based at offices in Landsdowne House and Grosvenor Hill, to the new premises. It will occupy the majority of the building taking five floors, equating to circa 64,000 sq ft.

NextGen members have an exclusive opportunity to take a look around the empty space before the fit out begins in December 2012.

This event will culminate with drinks at the The Market Place Bar.
