E-ON required a Centre of Excellence for its credit management operations in the UK. The brief was to:

– Design a grade A, high quality iconic office building that would bring a positive contribution to its environment- economically and aesthetically
– provide NIA of 105,000 Sq Ft
– offer flexibility for current and future occupiers
– be efficient and sustainable to meet the requirements of the business for both today and the future
– incorporate high quality breakout and relaxation facilities, whilst creating large open-plan floor plates
– achieve a BREEAM 2010 rating of excellence and an EPC rating of ‘A’ whilst incorporating high quality materials and green technologies.

Trinity House is located in a regenerated area of the city centre. It is a modern and vibrant working space that is efficient in terms of its occupancy density and also flexible in terms of the layout and design. It has a mix of cellular and open plan accommodation and two levels of underground parking.
