Making Flexible Working Work seeks to get everyone on the the same page and guide you through the complexity of flexible working. It is a practical guide, acting as a checklist to aid all constituents involved in programmes to adopt flexible working.

With presentations from the authors, the objective of this session is to clarify the definitions and terminology, to describe what the benefits are, and to give guidance on the change management process and legal aspects that will enable flexible working programmes to be successful.

The overriding aim is to uncover the hidden costs behind flexible working and investigate what the strategy should be for managing it in the long term.
