Making Energy Solutions Work for the Office of the Future

You will receive an overview of the different types and structures of ESCOs and how they work and the financing models underpinning them. The speakers, Simon Hobday, a decentralised energy expect from international law firm Pinsent Masons and Clare Hebbes, Senior Project Director at Argent, the asset and development managers of Kings Cross, will consider some of the difficulties to implementation of ESCOs to date and recent movements as well as looking at future trends and developments. You will hear first hand experience (both good and bad) from Kings Cross and be given an insight into what ESCOs mean for the members of the BCO.
