Yell relocated 1,500 people from offices in Reading and Slough into a new corporate headquarters, spread over 7.5 floors at One Reading Central.

This building ticks all the right boxes: it has moved from dedicated small individual offices to shared, flexible space; it has met BREEAM and SKA standards; it will reduce business operating costs in the years ahead and it is bright, airy with a mix of open space, a cafe, fitness centre and concierge service.

Yell wanted the physical surroundings to support its development as a marketing solutions business; to find the right environment whether people work in call centres, traditional HQ functions or at Board level; to demonstrate it values its people.
