The Peak building truly demonstrates Wates commitment to sustainable development and construction and embraces a cultural change that improves the productivity of its staff and their environment.

The scheme comprises a Category B fit out to the 2nd floor of an 8 storey new build including a new high quality reception, Board room, 12 meeting rooms with audio visual conferencing, tea points and break out area.

All works were completed within the 9 week construction period, whilst maintaining zero disruption to the occupied floors and ground floor retail outlets.

Wates have adopted the cutting edge environmental techniques of the building which aim to reduce energy consumption and The Peak’s impact on the environment and complement the Breeam Very Good rating accredited to The Peak.

The Peak is a new office building located at the heart of Victoria providing 79,000 sq ft of office space over 8 floors together with 19,000 sq ft of high quality retail space on the ground and lower floors.  The Peak was developed by Heron International in conjunction with the Co-operative Insurance Society and Axa Real Estate Investment Managers.
